Dentistry for the entire family.

‍Restorative- (Fillings)

Traditionally, dental fillings have been made of silver amalgam. However, our dental office uses only composite, or tooth-colored, filling material. Our dentist and team have chosen composite filling materials to provide you with a more natural-looking result and promote better oral health.

  • Material that bonds to your tooth to provide more support for the tooth’s structural integrity

  • Reduced risk of the treated tooth breaking or fracturing in the future

  • Insulation from temperature changes caused by foods and beverages

  • Better seals around the edges of the damaged area, increasing the tooth’s resistance to decay and leaks‍

Crowns

Crowns are used for many different reasons to restore your tooth to normal chewing functionality.  When a tooth is fractured, has had a root canal, or the majority of the tooth is filling material a crown is made to stabilize the tooth.  Dr. Sudberry and his staff will use their digital scanner to send images of your tooth to their dental lab, where a certified lab technician will fabricate your custom-made crown.  You will then be scheduled back to cement the crown typically in 7-10 days.

Bridges

If you are missing a single tooth or multiple teeth in a row, we may recommend a dental bridge to restore your smile. A bridge is a fixed dental restoration, meaning it is non-removable. The dental bridge is anchored in place through the use of two dental crowns, which are custom-made to fit your smile and are placed on the teeth next to the space left by the missing tooth. These crowns hold the artificial tooth in place to restore your smile, ensuring that your restoration will not easily shift or come loose. It typically requires only two visits to our practice to complete a dental bridge. Dental bridges are designed to last for many years and to restore the function, beauty, and health of your smile.

Endodontics

Commonly called a root canal, root canal treatment is a type of endodontic therapy that is often recommended if the tooth pulp and nerves become infected or damaged. This may occur if injury or decay reaches deep into the tooth, past the outer enamel layer. When left untreated, this type of infection and disease may cause the tooth to die and necessitate tooth extraction. To restore the health of the tooth and avoid the need for extraction, we will remove the infected and injured tissues from within the tooth, clean the tooth, and fill it with a medicated material. In most cases, a root canal can be completed in only one or two comfortable visits to our office. Root canal treatment has a reputation for being a painful treatment. In reality, however, root canal treatment can often be completed with minimal discomfort thanks to advanced techniques, tools, and anesthesia.

Pediatric Dentistry

We are pleased to offer children’s dentistry at our practice. We enjoy helping children learn good oral habits and maintain healthy mouths and smiles. Our goal is to help your child have a positive dental experience so that they can feel comfortable visiting dental offices in the future and receiving the care they need without anxiety, fear, or stress. We understand the importance of building trusting relationships between children and their doctors at a young age, and we will take special care to make sure that your child feels comfortable throughout their time in our office.  If it is seen fit that they will do better at a pediatric sitting, we will assist you in finding where the child is most comfortable.

Dentures and Partial

Prosthetic devices are used to replace missing teeth.  Whether it is all the teeth or just a few, we can help restore you back to full chewing function with a removable prosthesis.

Nitrous Oxide

Commonly known as laughing gas is offered to help ease your nerves and anxiety during dental treatment.

Nightguards

Many people clench and grind their teeth at night when they are sleeping or even sometimes during the day while under stress.  We offer nightguards to help prevent damage to your teeth or even your jaws from causing other dental issues.
